1 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To participate on the rbdjee platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must act voluntarily and on your own behalf — operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Your name must not appear on any prohibited list maintained by rbdjee.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is legally prohibited.

rbdjee may request documents for age verification at any time. rbdjee reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

2 Account Registration and Management

The following information must be provided accurately to complete registration on rbdjee:

• Full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

• The outcome of all bets depends on a random number generator (RNG) or live event results.
• If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, rbdjee reserves the right to determine the correct result.
• Once a bet has been accepted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Attempting to exploit any weakness in the system or software is strictly prohibited.
• For cricket betting, bets are accepted on all international and domestic tournaments including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL.
• rbdjee's decision on the outcome of any game is final and binding.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rbdjee platform:

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.

• Operating multiple accounts in the names of several members of one household to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to hack, phish, or carry out a cyber attack on rbdjee systems or networks.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using false identities, fraudulent information, or forged documents.
• Publishing harassment or harmful comments online against rbdjee or other users.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited. Law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

7 Account Closure, Suspension and Termination

rbdjee may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• An order from a court or government authority.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, they may contact the support team. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled and any valid balance will be returned, however bonus funds will be cancelled.
